Can I come and give RSPT a try? If so how do I go about it?

If you want to give us a try your first session is FREE!

But to stay Covid Safe we require you to sign into one of our classes. If you would like to try a class please message or call Renee on 0431 597 087 and let her know the class you would like to attend and she will book it in for you.


DO YOUR CLASSES CHANGE?

Yes our classes vary every week. But classes always run both mornings and afternoons.
From 5 am sessions to 6:30 pm sessions.

All classes run for 45minutes - 1 hour.
Our usual class times are: 5 AM, 6 AM, 9 AM, 5:30 OR 5.45 PM, 6.00 OR 6.30 PM


HOW DO I JOIN RSPT?

We use an online booking system that handles all our memberships and class bookings.

DO YOU HAVE SPECIFIC CLASSES FOR SENIORS?

Yes we run a 45 minute low impact class 3 times a week involving a mixture of strength and movement for active seniors.

SENIORS CLASSS IS ON 10:15AM MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS
