Classes
Classes run both mornings and afternoons. With over 30 classes on the timetable. From 5 am sessions to 6:50 pm sessions. From abs butts and thighs to bootcamp, tabata and boxing, with the classes changing weekly you never get bored.
Usual class times are:
- 5 am
- 6 am
- 9 am
- 5:30 or 5.45 pm
- 6.00 or 6.50 pm
All classes run for 45minutes - 1 hour
Each coming weeks timetable is available to book into classes from 4pm Sunday afternoon.

Class Descriptions
BOOTCAMP
High Intensity level of training performed both inside and outside. Includes a variety of exercises including tyres, kettle bells, drills, ropes etc.
BOXING & AIRBOXING
We run both Air Boxing and Padded Boxing classes for a cardio-fit training level. You do not require a partner for these classes, they can be done individually. Our air boxing sessions are a great full-body workout with minimal impact. You will increase your heart rate, burn calories and fat. The combinations taught will inevitably improve your balance and coordination. reflexes and flexibility.
CIRCUIT
A combination of both cardio and weights for a challenging yet rewarding class.
FAMILY FITNESS
Let’s get off the iPads and enjoy some fun together. Family based games and workouts, running hoping, skipping and jumping ... without even knowing your exercising! Fun for all ages 4 plus.
GIRL POWER
A class designed to encourage young girls aged 12 to 16 to get moving. Focused on creating positive, uplifting messages, and cutting out body image issues linked with social media. It also helps with depression and anxiety while offering an encouraging, supportive environment to be motivated by our wonderful trainers and each other.
RUNNING DRILLS
You don't have to be the fittest, fastest or strongest. All you have to do is show up and give it a go!
SENIORS
A 45 minute low impact class involving a mixture of strength and movement for active seniors.
STRETCH & ROLL
A low impact class that revolves around improving your flexibility, stretching and rolling out your muscles.
TABATA
Interval training suitable for all fitness levels. Involves 8 x 20 second intervals with a 10 second break in-between.
TOTAL BODY
Complete full body workout, suitable for any fitness level.
TRX & ABS
A form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and sore stability simultaneously.
ZUU
Liberating Human Movement. An effective body weight training class designed to suit all fitness levels.
HEAVY & HARD WEIGHTS
Working at your own ability with weights. This class focuses on challenging yourself with small reps of heavier than normal weights to assist with muscle growth and strength.
OPEN GYM
Come work out, stretch, ask questions, do a workout from the board or do your own thing. This is the one time I let you design your own workout!
WEIGHTS
A weights-based class using high repetition for fat burning which will strengthen and sculpt your entire body.
