Classes

  • Classes run both mornings and afternoons.

  • There is over 30 classes on the timetable each week.

  • From 5 am sessions to 6:50 pm sessions.

  • From abs butts and thighs to bootcamp, tabata and boxing

  • The classes changing weekly so you never get bored!

Usual class times are:


- 5 am


- 6 am


- 9 am


- 5:30 or 5.45 pm


- 6.00 or 6.50 pm

All classes run for 45 minutes - 1 hour

Class Descriptions

BOOTCAMP

High Intensity level of training performed both inside and outside. Includes a variety of exercises including tyres, kettle bells, drills, ropes etc.

BOXING & AIRBOXING

We run both Air Boxing and Padded Boxing classes for a cardio-fit training level. You do not require a partner for these classes, they can be done individually. Our air boxing sessions are a great full-body workout with minimal impact. You will increase your heart rate, burn calories and fat. The combinations taught will inevitably improve your balance and coordination. reflexes and flexibility.

CIRCUIT

A combination of both cardio and weights for a challenging yet rewarding class.

MUMS & BUBS

re you a new mum or recently welcomed another bundle of joy into your life? Don't struggle to find "me" time. Join our Mums & Bubs fitness class for a breather while bonding with fellow mums and their babies.

Thursdays at 9:30am.

SENIORS

A 45 minute low impact class involving a mixture of strength and movement for active seniors.

RUNNING DRILLS

It is so much more than just a weekly session. We are a group that loves to Run, go on adventures and support each other achieve short and long term goals.

You don't have to be the fittest, fastest or strongest. All you have to do is show up and give it a go!

STICK MOBILITY

A class that integrates mobility, strength, and flexibility training using specialised sticks, improving movement patterns and joint function. Whether you're an athlete or seeking to move better in daily life.

RUN STRONG

Join our new class, integrating strength training for injury prevention, balance, and increased running performance. Enhance your endurance and speed with targeted exercises designed to help you run longer and faster.

Thursdays at 6:30pm.

STRETCH & ROLL

A low impact class that revolves around improving your flexibility, stretching and rolling out your muscles.

TABATA

Interval training suitable for all fitness levels. Involves 8 x 20 second intervals with a 10 second break in-between.

Complete full body workout, suitable for any fitness level.

A form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and sore stability simultaneously.
